AGRILAND FS, Inc. is holding unclaimed property in the form of patronage and/or redemption checks that were sent but, for one reason or another, were never cashed.Most have been returned to us by the U.S. Post Office.We are working diligently to locate these patrons and your help is greatly appreciated.
If an owner has not contacted us by July 15, 2019, we are allowed to retain this property (per Iowa law) to be used for economic development, and will be transferring all escheat (unclaimed) property to the AGRILAND FS Foundation for utilization and benefit in the communities we serve.

If Your Name Is On The List:

Verify the address as well as the SSN or FEIN associated with the account.
Upon verification, a replacement check will be mailed.
If You Know Someone On The List:
Contact them to let them know their name is on the list and they will need to contact Lori Wells per the instructions above.
If The Person On The List Is Deceased:
Executor of estate must mail a letter indicating the heir(s), as well as a copy of the death certificate. Upon receipt of the requested information, a replacement check will be mailed to the heir(s).
