I need help reading and understanding my AGRILAND FS monthly billing statement.
Reading and understanding your monthly billing statement can sometimes be frustrating, but here are some tools that can help.
I need to schedule propane service work. How can I do that?
If you have received a propane regulator replacement notice or need your propane system checked, please fill out our Propane Service Request form.
What do I do if I smell propane or think I have a propane leak?
If you smell propane:
Do not turn anything on or off (lights, appliances, etc.).
Leave the premises immediately.
Turn the propane tank off if safe to do so — to shut off your propane tank, turn the shutoff valve clockwise, or to the right.
From a neighbor’s house or other safe location, call the emergency number on the map associated with where you receive your propane service.
Please use these phone numbers for propane emergencies only!
What is propane “Early Fill” or “Summer Fill”?
If you are set up for auto-fill on your propane tank or are on an automatic propane delivery route, our Propane Delivery Specialists will fill up your propane tank in late spring or early summer when the price of propane is often at its lowest. We call this early fill or summer fill. It allows us to ensure you have a full propane tank before going into the cooler months of fall, and it also saves you some money.
While you may be invoiced for the delivery when it happens, you do not need to pay it until September 25th.

How much does propane cost?
The cost of propane varies throughout the year based on seasonal demand and supply availability. Please contact us for our most up-to-date propane prices.
The total cost of your propane will also depend on if you currently own your tank or if you will need to lease a tank from AGRILAND FS.
What payment programs or options does AGRILAND FS have for propane service?
AGRILAND FS can customize a program to fit your propane needs with financing options available. All of our options ensure your home or building is energy-ready inside and out, with competitive pricing plans to fit your lifestyle or business needs.
Pre-Pay Contract – You can choose a prepaid contract for your propane service for the upcoming winter season and pay for the propane up-front. This option can offer you a better price than by paying as you go. Each spring, we will send you a contract based on your previous year’s propane usage. You can either accept the contract and pay the amount or revise the contract for your anticipated usage. Contact us for details.
Deferred Contract – With a deferred contract, you lock in a set price without paying the total cost up-front. To secure the pricing, you pay 30¢ per gallon (non-refundable), and then you pay the remaining price per gallon as you receive propane deliveries.
Pay per-gallon – You can “pay as you go” on your propane, which means each time you schedule a fill or your tank is filled on a scheduled route, you will receive a statement for the full amount of the gallons placed in the tank.
Early fill program – If you are set up for auto-fill on your propane tank or are on an automatic propane delivery route, our Propane Delivery Specialists will fill up your propane tank in late spring or early summer when the price of propane is often at its lowest. While you may be invoiced for the delivery when it happens, you do not need to pay it until September 25th.
Even Pay Plus/Budget billing – You can pay one set amount each month, based on your propane usage for the previous year.
Another option is to have a tank monitor installed on your propane tank. Our propane tank monitors connect to a mobile app on your smartphone that allows you to track your propane tank levels, view your tank’s usage and history, and offers peace of mind during cold winter months. Contact us to request a propane tank monitor.
